Your information

When you book a journey by the booking form, WhatsApp, text or email, we receive the details you send — such as your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, journey times and any notes about your needs.

We use these details only to arrange and carry out your journey, to contact you about it, and to take payment. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.

The booking form doesn't store anything on this website — it opens WhatsApp or your messages app so you can send the details yourself.

Booking messages are kept only as long as needed for the journey, payment and our records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email swindonwheelchairaccesstaxi@gmail.com.
